Ban Ki-Moon: I will stand together with China in battle against epidemic

Ban Ki-moon, chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia, recently has spoken positively of China' efforts to battle the novel coronavirus and expressed his will to stand with the Chinese people in their battle against the epidemic. 

Chinese President Xi Jinping has more than once emphasized the priceless value of life, said Ban, adding that he firmly believes "the Chinese value of life and their wisdom accumulated for the past five thousand years will enable China to overcome this epidemic." 

"I will stand together with the Chinese people in their battle against the epidemic." he said. 

He also believes that "the powerful measures taken by the Chinese government under the leadership of President Xi, the national spirit of unity, and the selfless dedication of all medical staffs will surely allow China to win the battle against the novel corona virus."
